Voter ID Requirements

ALL OHIO VOTERS MUST HAVE IDENTIFICATION WHEN THEY VOTE ON ELECTION DAY.

Acceptable forms of Identification are:

     OHIO DRIVER'S LICENSE

     OHIO PHOTO ID

     BANK STATEMENT (COPY IS ACCEPTABLE)

     UTILITY BILL (COPY IS ACCEPTABLE)

PAYCHECK OR STUB (COPY IS ACCEPTABLE)

GOVERNMENT ISSUED ID (A Military ID. if used, must have an address)

STATE UNIVERSITY AND PUBLIC COMMUNITY COLLEGE IDENTIFICATION

     SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER

All acceptable forms of ID must have the voters name and address on it. If an acceptable form of ID is used that does not have the voters current address on it, the voter will be required to vote a Provisional Ballot.  That means that the Provisional Voter's Ballot is placed in a special envelope and the voter has 10 days to bring acceptable ID to the Board of Elections.
